You have a second home and would like to take some benefit of it. We help you with all aspects of the rental. From handing over the key on arrival, to checking and locking afterwards. If you wish, we will take care of the final cleaning and the preparation of the house for the next tenant (s).

If desired, we also take care of all administrative handling ; you let your tenants contact us and from then on we will arrange everything from contract to receiving rent and deposit, up to and including the refund of the deposit. At the same time, you will receive the final settlement from us and we will transfer the revenue to your account.
